Frequently asked questions

Does it respect the grain?

Yes. With grain on, it only rotates 0° and 180°. Switch it off for MDF, particleboard or directionless materials.

Can I use non-standard panels?

Yes. The common sizes are preset, but you can enter any width and height.

Does it generate the furniture quote in PDF?

Yes. Apply your USD/h and margin, and it comes out with your logo. The customer approves from mobile.

How do I pass the cut to the CNC?

Download the DXF and open it in your controller. With the Production module, it drops to the shop queue automatically.

Do you respect grain?

Yes. 0/180 rotation when you mark grain. Nesting doesn't spin parts at random.

Does it support multiple panel types in one job?

Yes. The engine groups parts by material and nests each group on its panel.

Grab the furniture you quoted by eye on Monday.

Upload it. Look at the cost per panel, the PDF with your logo and the cut for the bench. If it adds up, send it. If not, you'll know where the material goes.
